Breath Ambassadors wasn’t created because I had a great business idea. It was born because I survived—barely—and finally found something that helped me heal when nothing else could. I opened this studio so no one else would have to feel as alone as I did in their pain.

I know what it’s like to carry trauma in your body for decades. In my 30s, I was a successful sales leader by day and silently drowning in high-functioning alcoholism at night. It wasn’t until I checked myself into a 30-day residential rehab program that I discovered breathwork…and everything changed. Out of all the therapies I was offered, it was breathwork that gave me what I truly needed: a way to release what I couldn’t explain.
